Nitarya exists to provide something different.
We are an independent buyer-side property review firm that helps individuals, NRIs, OCIs, global families, HNIs and family offices evaluate cross-border property opportunities before they commit capital.
Our purpose is simple: to help buyers understand what they are buying, what they are committing to and what risks, obligations or considerations may exist beyond the sales process.
The people behind it
I’m Neerraj Jain. For over fifteen years I have built and run businesses, in technology, sustainability, manufacturing, retail and distribution. I am an International REALTOR® member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in the United States, a member of NARS India, a charter member of TiE Delhi-NCR and a member of JITO.
I started NITARYA because, when I looked at buying a home abroad myself, I found it hard to get figures I could trust. I wanted a firm that sat on the buyer’s side of the table, showed its sources, and said plainly what it could not confirm.

The formal opinions come from licensed professionals, addressed to you: an independent local lawyer writes the legal opinion, and tax, valuation and engineering come from licensed specialists in the same way.
Clients pay agreed fees. Where a developer or broker offers a commission, NITARYA may accept it, and you are told in writing before you proceed. You stay free to buy from anyone.
