Banglamung Hospital, the one state hospital the Pattaya City plan lists within the city, is at 669 Moo 5, Pattaya–Na Kluea Road, Na Kluea subdistrict, Bang Lamung district; the plan gives 250 beds, with 260 in service.
Pattaya City's development plan describes three seasons: cool from about mid-November to mid-February, hot from about mid-February to mid-May, and rainy from about mid-May to mid-October, with late September and October the wettest period.
