What this meansThe Orange Line east, Thailand Cultural Centre to Min Buri, has its civil works finished and aims for full service in early 2028. Bangkok's new city plan is open for objections until 9 November 2026; until it takes effect, the 2013 plan applies.

Check it at the Land Office
In Thailand no single regulator registers projects.
- Foreigners together may own at most 49% of the floor area of a condominium building. The Land Office checks the share on the day of transfer.
- A unit gets its own title deed (Or Chor 2) only after the developer has registered the building as a condominium at the Land Office.
- A developer's sale contract must follow the form the Minister sets: terms worse for the buyer are void, and the brochure counts as part of the contract.
