Where it is.

The airport's route list gives the Airport Bus city route as ending at the Old Bus Station in Phuket Town, via stops including Central, Surakul Stadium and Phuket Women's School.
The Airport Bus (route 8411, Phuket Mahanakorn Co., Ltd.) runs daily between Phuket International Airport (HKT) and Phuket Town from 08:00 to 21:00, leaving from the public transport area on the domestic side; fares are charged by distance and paid by QR code or in cash on board.

What is known about it.

The Phuket Aquarium (สถานแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำ ภูเก็ต) is run by the centre as its public marine exhibition.
The research centre's natural-history learning centre on Andaman marine plants and animals, at 51 Moo 8, tambon Wichit, is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00 except official holidays, with free admission; guided group visits are arranged by advance written request.
The centre grew out of Thai–Danish scientific cooperation: the bilateral agreement was signed on 11 October 1968, the centre was formally opened on 15 May 1972, and its present name was adopted on 30 September 2019.
The department places Phuket in the southern west-coast region, with Ranong, Phang Nga, Krabi, Trang and Satun, where the southwest monsoon brings the rains of the May-to-October rainy season.
The centre occupies about 52 rai (about 8.4 hectares) and is a unit of the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
