The airport states that the Airport Bus (route 8411, Phuket Mahanakorn Co., Ltd.) leaves from the public transport area on the domestic side, runs daily from 08:00 to 21:00, charges fares by distance travelled, and takes payment by QR code or in cash on board.
The Pa Khlok–Mueang Mai road (ถนนป่าคลอก-เมืองใหม่) runs through the tambon; the municipal school stands at No. 140 on it.
The municipality's service area is given as 14 kilometres from Amphoe Thalang; the page does not say whether this is a road distance or from which point it is measured.

What is known about it.

The marina states that its soft opening was marked by a blessing ceremony in August 2008.
Thalang Hospital was raised to community-hospital status in 1982 (B.E. 2525); a 60-bed inpatient building was completed in April 1998, and the current bed count is not stated.
The marina states that its hardstand takes 60 boats, served by an 80-ton, 100-foot trailer lift, and that the Marina Living residential complex overlooks the berths.

The marina states that it has 230 berths for vessels of up to 499 tons, a minimum depth of 3 metres inside and 7 metres on the seaward side of the outer docks, and 24-hour access with no tide restrictions.
Ao Po Grand Marina, operated by Ao Po Grand Marina Co., Ltd., is at 113/1 Moo 6, Tambon Pa Khlok, Amphoe Thalang, Phuket 83110, in village 6, Ban Ao Po.
Pa Khlok Municipal School, run by Pa Khlok Subdistrict Municipality at 140 Pa Khlok–Mueang Mai road, is a primary school that began teaching in 2023 and had 147 pupils in Primary 1 and Primary 2 in the 2024 academic year (B.E. 2567).
The nine villages are Ban Phak Chit (village 1), Ban Pa Khlok (village 2), Ban Bang Rong (village 3), Ban Phara (village 4), Ban Ko Naka (village 5), Ban Ao Po (village 6), Ban Yamu (village 7), Ban Bang La (village 8) and Ban Ao Kung (village 9).
For the southern west coast region, which includes Phuket, the department gives 30-year average temperatures (1981–2010) of 27.0 °C in the cool season, 28.4 °C in the hot season and 27.5 °C in the rainy season, with average highs of 32.0, 34.1 and 31.6 °C respectively.
The locality is tambon Pa Khlok in Amphoe Thalang, Phuket Province, and Pa Khlok Subdistrict Municipality serves all nine villages of the tambon.
The Thai Meteorological Department divides the year into a hot season from about mid-February to mid-May, a rainy season from about mid-May to mid-October and a cool season from about mid-October to mid-February, and states that the south continues to receive heavy rain until December.
