Where it is.

The airport states that the Airport Bus (route 8411, Phuket Mahanakorn Co., Ltd.) leaves from the public transport area on the domestic side, charges fares by distance travelled, and takes payment by QR code or in cash on board.
The Airport Bus Express between the airport and Patong Beach also stops at Boat Lagoon, and runs from 08:00 to 20:00 from the airport and 06:00 to 18:30 from Patong.
The orange Airport Bus from Phuket International Airport (HKT) to Phuket Town stops at Boat Lagoon, on a route via Indigo Pearl Hotel, Wat Phra Nang Sang and the Thao Thep Monument, and runs from 08:15 to 20:15 from the airport and 09:15 to 21:15 from the town.

What is known about it.

Royal Phuket Marina states that it is the only 5 Gold Anchor certified marina in Thailand, and that residences within the marina include the Aquaminium condominium and the Royal Villas with private yacht berths.
The school states that it has more than 100 boarding students and students of more than 60 nationalities.
Phuket Boat Lagoon states that its site also includes the NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Hotel, a boat service centre, and restaurants and retail space.
British International School, Phuket is at 59 Moo 2, Thepkrasattri Road, Ko Kaeo, Mueang Phuket 83000.
Most of the sub-district is flat lowland that has previously been worked by mining (เหมืองแร่).

Royal Phuket Marina, at 68 Moo 2 Thepkasattri Road, Ko Kaeo, was established in 2002 and states that it has 100 wet berths, covered dry-stack storage for 60 boats and 26 service hardstands.
The school, founded in 1996, is an English-medium day and boarding school for children aged 2 to 18 on a 44-acre campus, and offers the IB Diploma Programme and BTEC programmes.
Phuket Boat Lagoon, at 22/1 Moo 2 Thepkrasattri Road, Ko Kaeo, describes itself as a marina and marine lifestyle village with 180 wet berths, 160 hardstands and 24 dry-stacking bays.
The sub-district is divided into seven villages (mu ban).
The sub-district is bounded to the north by tambon Si Sunthon in Amphoe Thalang, to the south by tambon Ratsada in Amphoe Mueang Phuket, to the east by the Andaman Sea, and to the west by tambon Kathu in Amphoe Kathu.
Koh Kaew–Boat Lagoon is tambon Ko Kaeo, a sub-district of Amphoe Mueang Phuket, Phuket Province, governed by the Ko Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organisation.
